At this point the game is over. Turn to the players and ask: "So, what are you doing with those weapons, anyway?"
A good group will have smashed all of the weapons except Stonecrusher, which obviously cannot smash itself. They'll tell you that they're dragging Stonecrusher to a volcano, or burying it somewhere deep and hidden, or presenting it to the government as tribute, or some other plan. Sometimes groups put the weapons back into Dig Site Five and seal it back up.
A less-good group will not have thought of the Stonecrusher trick, and they'll have six weapons to deal with, but they'll take the same general approach as above.
I played in one group where the fighter told me: "Get rid of the weapons? Nope! I'm keeping these two undead-creating swords, and I'm going to hold one in each hand!" I'm imagining his character went on to become some sort of lord of the undead, murdering vast numbers of people to create a zombie army.
Aside from the weapon-disposal thing, the other main question is how many civilians the group saved. If they kept Guardsman Rhogar and the tourist rubberneckers alive in Scene 1, and if they ran through the adventure quickly so that Brother Sandscour didn't kill too many people by the time they caught up with him, that's the best outcome. If more people died, that's a less-good outcome.
