Understanding the user
User research: summary
I conducted user interviews, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users didn't wanted to sign up or install a app to just buy tickets but to register complaints we needed to verify the users as well. So we simplified the process removing passwords and email.

Takeaways
I learned that even a small design change can have a huge impact on the user experience. The first ideas for the design are only the beginning of the process. Usability studies and peer feedback influenced each iteration of the designs. The most important takeaway for me is to always focus on the real needs of the user when coming up with design ideas and solutions.
