This week of 27th-30th of January, at our school Jackson High School. We realized how stressful this week can be so we made it our mission to motivate students from Jackson by giving out notes to people.
Each note had a piece of candy and and motivational message on the back.
We launched an Anonymous Words of Hope and Encouragement Board, where our peers could share positive affirmations towards other and words of hope. This was created online, so everybody had access to it--not just our peers.
At Jackson High School, we noticed that students sometimes feel unmotivated or stressed. That’s why we created the Pocketa' Boost, a poster filled with sticky notes that have positive, encouraging messages. If someone feels down, they can take a note to brighten their day. Students can also add their own kind words to inspire others. Together, we can help each others stay positive and motivated every day.
