Before you close this book, pause for a moment.


You have just walked through ten gentle doors

Breath, Healing, Acceptance, Compassion, Light,

Feeling, Worth, Love, Peace, and Homecoming.


Now ask yourself softly:

What feels lighter in me?

What have I stopped fighting?

What am I ready to carry forward more gently?


There is no need to summarize your journey.

There is no test to pass.


If something inside you feels a little quieter,

a little softer,

a little more like “you”


that is enough.


You do not need to become someone new.

You may simply return as yourself.Â
