Exercise:

Create your list of daily positive emotions. Daily little moments that you can enjoy. If you find it useful try to make the list from the moment you wake up until the end of the day.

Some of these little positive emotions are things such as the fresh air in the morning, your coffee, tea or breakfast, your walk to your workplace, reading, working out, coffee with a friend, and when you arrive home at the end of the day, the smell of your bed...

Create your own list and try to pay attention and savor these little moments, our brains tend to pay more attention to difficult emotions, but you have the capacity to create balance, how?
