Payment Options
The Mind In Motion Center accepts private pay. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit or debit card. The payment method will be established when scheduling your first appointment. Payment can be made in advance or at the time of service.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
As stated under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, all health care providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for health care services. This is designed to reduce any unexpected medical bills.
The Mind in Motion Center rates are listed above, and a written estimate can be requested that includes a description of services, session fees, and diagnostic codes.
What you should know:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one (1) business day before your scheduled health care service. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or print your Good Faith Estimate.

Insurance
The Mind In Motion Center does not accept insurance. We will provide you a receipt for each payment you make, which you may choose to submit for potential insurance reimbursement. We highly recommended you contact your insurance company to discuss out-of-network benefits and reimbursements before scheduling your first appointment.
