Alison Zigler, CMPC, LPCC
Alison is a graduate from the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling master's programs at Minnesota State University - Mankato. She was born and raised in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Starting in high school, she had a strong interest in sport psychology and would lead visualization and motivation sessions for her cross country and track and field teams. As a student-athlete at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), she became interested in student-athlete mental health. She studied sport and exercise science, psychology, and Spanish while competing at UNC.
Allison Koenig, CMPC, LPCC
Allison is a graduate from the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling master's programs at Minnesota State University - Mankato. She grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She completed her undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut where she studied psychology and minored in Spanish in addition to playing rugby. She loves working with athletes to improve performance and is an advocate for mental health.
Nate Grimm, CMPC, LPCC
Nate is a graduate from the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling master's programs at Minnesota State University - Mankato. He was born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he earned his bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in coaching. There, he also coached track and field at the high school level. His enthusiasm toward sport and coaching combined with his knowledge of psychology lead him to the field of sport and performance psychology. He also is an advocate and resource that works to normalize the importance of mental health.
Ashlyn Rakos, CMPC, LPCC
Ashlyn is a graduate from the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling master's programs at Minnesota State University - Mankato. She grew up in Waconia, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Catherine University in St. Paul where she studied exercise science, psychology, and Spanish. She played ice hockey for her university and, growing up, she played in Minnesota's Elite league, Premier Prep league, and in Minnesota's NIT tournament. She uses her skills and knowledge in working with diverse individuals and athletes in a holistic way that allows them to improve all aspects of their lives.Â
Hayden Allen, CMPC, LPCC
Hayden is a graduate from the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling master's programs at Minnesota State University - Mankato. He is from the small town of Blackfoot, Idaho. He graduated with a degree in pre-clinical marriage and family studies with a minor in psychology from BYU-Idaho. As a former football player and track athlete, he became very passionate about sports. He combined that passion with his interest in mental health counseling and is now committed to helping athlete's reach their athletic potential and well-being.
