Yoga Offerings

Self-exploration is not about judging ourselves, it’s the complete opposite. It’s accepting who we are and understanding why we do the things we do, why we feel the way we do. With this knowledge and awareness, we are then able, if we wanted to, to make different choices and change the way we feel or change the way we think or act about something. In my classes, I weave the physical with introspection to uncover the different layers within ourselves.

Yoga for Anxiety

  • 4 week series

  • 1 weekly class

  • Classes are 75 minutes in length

  • Each practice will begin or end with breath work that you will be able to take with you off the mat

  • Classes will focus on activating the nervous system through physical practice while supporting your ability to regulate and calm

  • $80 for 4 week series

Heart Centered Flow

  • 4 week series

  • 1 weekly class

  • Classes are 75 minutes in length

  • Each practice includes a physical and emotional focus that will give you an opportunity to take what we learn in our practice off the mat

  • $80 for 4 week series

Trauma Informed Yoga

  • 8 week series

  • 1 weekly class

  • Classes are 75 minutes in length

  • Each practice will support an understanding of trauma and the ways trauma can be stored in the body; the creation of a safe environment; freedom to move in a way that feels safe for you; ways to bring ease to your nervous system

  • $150 for 8 week series
