We teach a graceful yet potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements and directed breathing. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition Dru yoga works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being.
A typical session includes a light warm up to help distress, unwind, stretch and get the heart rate up; then we go through a series of sequences and postures; we include breath work and pranayama exercises; and the session is always finished with a minimum 15minute guided relaxation/savanasa
Bring a mat, cushion/bolster, blanket/shawl and water (spares are available)
Length of each session is approx. 1 hour 15 mins.
