A heart focused yoga, graceful, yet potent, suitable for all ages, bodies, fitness levels, injuries & health considerations.
Based on soft flowing movements and directed breathing.
Classes are fun, inclusive, non-competitive, and are tailored to the level of the individuals within the class.
Sessions include a combination of yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (the science of the breath), mudras (hand gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations, powerful sequences, relaxation and meditation performed in a flowing & dynamic style.
A typical session runs for 1hr.
