What to Bring to Have Your Taxes Prepared

There is a checklist below that lists all of the things that you need to bring with you to allow us to accurately prepare your tax return. Click on the box with the arrow in the upper right corner to enlarge the form and print it.

 Please go through this thoroughly and make sure that you have all of the items that apply to you before you come for your appointment. If any items are missing we will not be able to complete your return. It may help to look at last year's tax return to make sure you have the same forms for this year. For people with investment income, it is best not to make an appointment before March 15th since those forms are often sent out late in the tax season.
