What is STEM Team?

The STEM Team engages cadets in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math projects that develop problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork skills. Members design experiments, tackle engineering challenges, and operate drones in competitions and demonstrations to apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios. Through collaboration, critical thinking, and innovation, the STEM Team promotes academic excellence while representing the NJROTC program’s commitment to learning and leadership.
