What is the Academic Team?

The Academic Team challenges cadets to excel in leadership knowledge, military history, and general academic competitions. Team members work collaboratively to study, strategize, and prepare for local, regional, and national contests, developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. By combining dedication, discipline, and a commitment to learning, the Academic Team promotes excellence and intellectual growth while representing the NJROTC program with pride and professionalism.
