PRESTIGEOUS AWARDS

MERITORIOUS ACHIEVEMENT

Granted by the Area Manger, Meritorious Achievement is the highest award a cadet can earn in their NJROTC program. This ribbon is awarded to cadets who distinguish themselves through outstanding meritorious achievement or performance of a meritorious act.

CADET ACHIEVEMENT

The Cadet Achievement Award is a commendation presented to cadets who demonstrate exceptional dedication and individual contribution to the unit. Unlike awards for specific events or teams, this ribbon recognizes the "whole cadet"—those who consistently go above and beyond the standard requirements of the NJROTC program.

AREA 22 OUTSTANDING CADET MEDALLION

Awarded to cadets whom the Area Manager, Mr. Ballard, has personally recognized and deemed exceptional in leadership, character, and dedication to the NJROTC program. This medallion honors cadets who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance, uphold the core values of honor, courage, and commitment, and serve as positive role models within their unit.
