Annual Payment

For 2024, you can pay your dues using a yearly payment enrollment option during the month of December ONLY. You can choose to be billed through Paypal for $360 for the full year or you can pay by check and receive a $10 discount at $350. Email the Club Board at mwmadmin@gaggle.email and state that you would like to switch to a yearly payment and state if you will be paying via paypal or check. For those that decide to pay by check, please bring a check to practice by December 31 and give it to the coach on deck. Checks need to be made out to Milky Way Masters. 

If you decide to switch to yearly payments, you will need to cancel your monthly paypal subscription. Then you will be billed for the full year or you will need to bring a check to practice by December 31.

A few notes on yearly payments:

1. You will only be able to switch to the yearly payment option in December. Once January hits, you will have to wait until the next year to switch.

2. New members joining during the year or those that only swim a portion of the year will remain on the current monthly payments.

3. Check payments will ONLY be accepted for the yearly payment option. If you want to remain on monthly payments those will stay the same through Paypal.

For everyone wanting to remain on monthly payments, you do not need to do anything different. These will stay the same on Paypal.
