15 weeks in and 13 lbs. down!!!🎉🙌
“Greg, I don’t know what’s happening, but whatever it is you’re doing, it’s working.” - @kaycvb
This is a video of her doing barbell back squats for the first time in over a year because her lack of confidence in this particular exercise would prevent her from trying. Fast forward to today, I couldn’t be more proud of her because not only is she finally confident enough to squat again, but she’s repping the same amount of weight she had left off with, and with a more polished form!🤯🥲
This is such a spectacular foundational start to build off of. @kaycvb and I are excited to see the progress she will make within the next 3 months!

Client Spotlight!
Sheri came to me seeking self-rediscovery after being diagnosed with Posterior Tibialis Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD). She had always been an active person who prioritized her health and fitness, but the foot pain from PTTD made walking excruciating, and over time, it led to a real struggle with maintaining her usual lifestyle. The pain and fear of it caused her to slowly lose touch with the active lifestyle she had worked so hard to build.
When we started working together, we knew it would be a tough physical and mental journey. We faced plenty of small wins and some big setbacks along the way, but through it all, we figured out what worked for her. She stayed determined, and I was there to hold her accountable and guide her in the right direction.
What truly helped her push through, though, was our constant laughter and lightheartedness throughout the process. I’ve never laughed so much with a client who’s now become a close friend. While we were fully aware of the seriousness of her journey, we made sure to focus on the fun and the positives to keep pushing forward.
Sheri crushed it, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. All credit goes to you, Sheri! Thank you for trusting me on this journey. @_hapa_smile"36 likes, 8 comments - act.knowledge on January 27, 2025: "40 LB.+ WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION
