I did not start my career with the title “Learning Experience Designer,” but I have always approached learning that way. I have consistently focused on how people learn, what they need to be successful, and how an experience can be designed to support them rather than force them to adapt.
That perspective has shaped my work across every role I have held. Whether designing large-scale training implementations or smaller, targeted learning solutions, my goal has remained the same: to create experiences that are clear, accessible, and grounded in real-world application.
This page provides a deeper look into that approach. While much of my background has been in healthcare, the work itself has always been centered around the learner and designed with the understanding that effective learning is not one-size-fits-all.
