Josephine Akinwumiju

Josephine Akinwumiju is a Learning Experience Designer specializing in healthcare training and technology adoption. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from Emory University, she began her career in healthcare software education as an Epic implementation consultant. 

She has over a decade of experience designing and delivering training programs that blend curriculum development, instructional strategy, and facilitation for healthcare professionals. Josephine is currently a Design and Delivery Consultant at Kaiser Permanente and is completing a Master of Arts in Learning Experience Design at Michigan State University, graduating in May 2026. 

Her work focuses on creating accessible, engaging learning experiences that support real world workflow adoption and long term knowledge retention, and she hopes to apply these design principles across a broader range of industries.
