Secure preceptorship in Tennesse or Alabama by October 2025.
Become NPR Certified by August 2024.
Graduate MCU within 5 years and become a licensed Midwife in the State of Tennesse.
Create local midwifery care tents/ spots within my community for accessible prenatal care.
In order to reach all of my goals, its most important I maintain my mental, physical health and personal relationships with my kids, family and partner. I will take breathers and spend time with my loved ones when I can.
Have a POC birth workers Directory within my community and bring back southern traditional midwifery within my town.
Have my midwifery practice in the next 4 years.
Pass down my teachings and work to my daughter who is already fascinated with birth within 3 years.
