Visitors to campus may park in Bear Park North (lot 43) or any other yellow lot with a visitor’s parking permit. Temporary visitor parking permits may be obtained at the parking services office or online through the Parking Portal.
Visitors are welcome to park in any metered spaces and pay the meters. For information on parking meter locations, please see Visitor and Metered Parking.
Weekend visitors may park in reserved, commuter and residence hall lots with a permit at no charge on Saturdays and Sundays, except where posted otherwise. Parking permits may be obtained through the online Parking Portal.
If you are flying into Springfield, you will arrive at the Springfield-Branson National Airport.

Conference participants will be able to book either a double queen or a single king room at the Tru Hilton on Elm Street for $109 + tax per night, breakfast and parking included. The rate is confirmed for the nights of February 20 and 21, but might apply also for the nights before and after. The cutoff date for reservations at these conditions is February 14.
