The annual meeting of the Midwest AAR will take place in-person at University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH., from April 16-18th, 2026. 

There are four registration options for this conference:

• Registration for all tenure track and tenured faculty is $100.

• Contingent faculty, graduate students, and independent scholars rate is $25.

• Undergraduate rate is $10.

• The Combined Rate of $150 option allows those who are able to offset the costs of contingent faculty and student registration.

• The promo code MIDWESTAAR can be used by anyone who cannot afford registration at any of the rates.

Tiered registration fees allow us to make the conference accessible to all, regardless of institutional affiliation or professional status. Registration at all levels includes the welcome reception on Thursday, lunch on Friday, and coffee/tea/water and refreshments throughout the conference.
