Ben (Mantram) Whitaker

At 10 years of age Ben became unwell and was diagnosed with a rare liver condition. Over the next 10 years he suffered a range of illnesses that became increasingly severe such as eczema, allergies, benign growths, hormonal issues, depression and life-threatening recurrent infections. Also his liver function slowly deteriorated requiring higher doses of medication compounding the issues.

Ben has now overcome all of the chronic and life threatening diseases that he was suffering from mostly using natural modalities.
He is inspired and passionate about offering some of these techniques for you to experience the benefits too. Having explored a wide range of natural health techniques, he has discovered that yoga (which includes meditation) is one of the most powerful tools for recovering from illness and maintaining good health.

Ben has completed one of the most comprehensive yoga and meditation qualifications in Australia (a two year full time Diploma). He has practiced meditation from the age of 19 including completing a 10 day silent vipasana retreat and has spent 3 months in India visiting numerous spiritual centres.

More recently he has just finished teaching a 2 year stint at a drug and alcohol rehab for men.
