Middleton Game Design generates funding from the State of Florida related to Industry Certification exam.
Since Game Design has the most certifications passed each year, we get the most money from the state to support our program.
State of the Art Technology
No other classroom anywhere can boast better technology!
Other schools have old and slow machines. We have equipment that can render 3D animations in real time! (That’s a big deal)
All Game Design labs have MSi Trident X 11TJ computers with Dual 27" Monitors
These super high powered machines are only installed at Middleton Game Design. No other school or program has anything close to the power of our computers.
What's inside the computer:
Up to 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900K processor
Windows 11
Up to MSI GeForce RTX™ 3090 GDDR6X
Solid State 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD Drive + 2TB HDD
64GB DDR4 RAM Memory
Dual Thunderbolt 4 supports up to 40Gbps bandwidth, 8K displays and PD charging
Latest Wi-Fi 6E(802.11ax) for redefined wireless gaming experience.

Students can see the board from any seat in the classroom due to the huge monitors at the front of the classroom.
Additionally, the classroom is equipped with 4K Laser projectors and pull down screens in the center of the room. This allows all students to be within 15 feet or less of the teacher's screen.
Students can get certified as a Unity VR Developer. We use the Meta Quest 2 VR Headsets for students to view their game/app creations.
Each student in the class has access to a VR Headset and does not have to wait their turn.
VR instruction occurs with all students participating at the same time.
Middleton Game Design uses the same software that the professional use.
We spend the money to get industry software so the students will work with the software that they will see later at their job.
Employers love to see employees with experience. We help get you the right experience.
