Middle Park High School Mountain Bike Club
The Middle Park High School Mountain Bike Club was founded by the Grand County Cycling Association in 2016 to provide opportunities for mountain bike athletes to access coaching, training groups and the Colorado High School Cycling League. The club serves both middle school and high school athletes who have the desire to progress in the the sport of mountain biking. The club works with all ability levels, from learning to ride, to racing in the Colorado High School League.
From the Coach:
NICA was created to “support every student-athlete in the development of strong body, strong mind and strong character through their efforts on the bike.” These values align closely with my own, and by coaching the Middle Park Mountain Bike Club I want to support these values and share them with the student-athletes of our community. As coach, success of this club will be measured in our progression of skill as bike riders, commitment to being student-athletes and our reputation as mountain bike advocates, and responsible users of the trails in our community. - Ben Koenig, Head Coach - MPMtb
