Micro Momentum is a gentle habit-building app designed specifically for people with ADHD. It helps users build momentum through tiny 5-minute (or shorter) micro-tasks with forgiving reminders, progress tracking, and low-pressure features.
The App is intended for entertainment, motivation, and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition.
You may create an account to save your task history, preferences, and progress.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features (such as unlimited custom tasks, advanced xAI suggestions, smart reminders, cloud sync, and insights) require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
