How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Micro Momentum → Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Micro Momentum → go to Settings → tap Restore Purchases. This will unlock all Premium features.
Why didn’t I get my reminder today?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Micro Momentum in your iPhone Settings → Notifications.
You can also adjust reminder frequency in the app under Settings → Reminders.
How do I delete a task or my entire history?
To delete a single task: Swipe left on the task or open it and tap the delete button.
To delete all history or your account: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The app feels too much / I need it even gentler
Turn on Low Energy Mode in Settings. It shows only 1–3 super easy tasks per day and removes all pressure.
My progress disappeared after reinstalling
Make sure you’re logged in with the same account, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Premium users get full cloud backup.
How does the xAI smart suggestions work?
Premium users get intelligent task suggestions powered by xAI 4.1. The more you complete tasks and rate your energy, the better and more personalized the suggestions become.
The app is slow, crashing, or not loading tasks
Update to the latest version of Micro Momentum
Restart your iPhone
Check your internet connection (the app works offline for basic tasks)
Try offloading the app: iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Micro Momentum → Offload App, then reinstall
I want to delete my account and all my data
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at support@micromomentum.app and we’ll handle it for you within 48 hours.
