Abstract Submission and registration

In addition to the talks by invited speakers, participants will have the opportunity to present their work through oral and poster contributions. The abstract submission starts on May 2. Oral contributions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, and the acceptance as oral or poster contribution, will be send by July 11. Poster contributions will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee and the acceptance will be send after submission.

The conference will have a Book with ISBN. The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts should be submitted in English.

Students/participants will be able to apply for financial support until September 13, sending an email after submitting their abstracts.

Abstract submission opening: May 2

Abstract submission for oral presentations closing: June 24

Abstract submission for poster presentations closing: September 11 (CLOSED)

The registration will be completed once the fee payment is completed.

Please Note:

It is highly recommended to send a graphical abstract for improving the quality and impact of the abstracts book.

A Graphical Abstract is a single, concise, pictorial and visual summary of the main findings of the article. This could either be the concluding figure from the article or a figure that is specially designed for the purpose, which captures the content of the article for readers at a single glance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Size: should be readable at a size of 5 × 13 cm (h × w) using a regular screen resolution
• Font: Arial, 12–16 points. Smaller fonts will not be legible online
• Preferred file types: eps, pdf, jpg, tiff
• File Size: no larger than 1 MB
