• Early registration payment deadline: July 15
• Regular registration payment deadline: September 11
• Abstract submission closing (for poster contributions): September 11
• Financial support for students and young researchers are open until September 13.
• Late registration payment deadline: October 6

Non-resident attendees will be able to pay at arrival, in the registration desk, after confirming assistance by email and/or completing the form received by email, before October 8.
