Bacterial protein homeostasis and its impact on human health
Micribial Genetics Lab studies how bacteria maintain protein homeostasis and how it affect human health and infectious diseases.
We use a multidisciplinary methods including genetics, genomics, proteomics and biochemistry to understand molecular mechanism of bacterial protein homeostasis system.
Our findings will leads a better understanding of bacterial stress response and we anticipate that our study will be a fundamental foundation to develop new way to modulate bacterial proliferation, virulence and antibiotic resistance.
