What is an amchigel function without a “pot bharthi amchigel jaavan”?  

The mouth-watering ghashi, hummana, valvala, gajbaja, sukkay, upkari, phodi, madgaaney, phanna thaaka... and not to forget our kuldevu daalithoy!!!  

Michkon members are the backbone of the association. With your support, we hope to continue to keep our very own special Konkani cuisine alive!! So, the Michkon Food committee invites food volunteers to help or cook some of the dishes, and set up an ‘all amchi gourmet’ for the Ugadi and Ganesh Chaturthi events.
