“Drop-in hours” = no pre-booked appointments. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have contagious symptoms, please go to a facility that can isolate infectious patients from vulnerable or immunocompromised patients. 

Mackenzie Health Urgent Care Centre (9401 Jane St: north of Rutherford, across from Maple Auto Mall / Canada's Wonderland. Hours: Mon-Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat-Sun & Holidays 10am-4pm) has on-site X-Rays, casts, stitches, selected labs. It is staffed by Mackenzie Health ER physicians with access to specialists.

Regular hours resume Friday Jan 2nd.

RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) - available as of Oct 20th, 2025

Publicly funded for Adults 75 years & older and Adult 60 to 74 years of age with one of the following: 

• Resident of a long-term care home, Elder Care Lodge, or retirement home including similar settings

• Patient in hospital receiving alternate level of care (ALC) including similar settings

• Patient with glomerulonephritis (GN) who is moderately to severely immunocompromised

• Patient receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis

• Recipient of solid organ or hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplant

• Individual experiencing homelessness 

• Individual who identifies as First Nations, Inuit or Metis 

Influenza ("flu shot") - available as of Oct 20th, 2025 (regular and High Dose for 65+)

Publicly funded and recommended for everyone 6 months and older (unless contraindicated). Available at pharmacies and the office.
