Resident of a long-term care home, Elder Care Lodge, or retirement home including similar settings
Patient in hospital receiving alternate level of care (ALC) including similar settings
Patient with glomerulonephritis (GN) who is moderately to severely immunocompromised
Patient receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
Recipient of solid organ or hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplant
Individual experiencing homelessness
Individual who identifies as First Nations, Inuit or Metis

Mackenzie Health Urgent Care Centre (9401 Jane St: north of Rutherford, across from Maple Auto Mall / Canada's Wonderland. Hours: Mon-Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat-Sun & Holidays 10am-4pm) has on-site X-Rays, casts, stitches, selected labs. It is staffed by Mackenzie Health ER physicians with access to specialists.
