For urgent issues that cannot wait until the next available appointment:

• Our voicemail indicates which doctor in our group is covering evening hours that day, if applicable (not every day is covered)

• Mackenzie Health Urgent Care Centre has on-site X-Rays, casts, stitches, selected labs. Staffed by Mackenzie Health ER physicians with access to specialists.

• If you go to a Walk-In Clinic, please ensure you know how to get your results (we will not be informed). E.g. ask them to copy Dr. Cheng on results and book an appointment with us to follow-up
