As Senior Art Director for the Xi’an Virtuos team on Forge of Empires, I oversaw a team of 20 junior artists and a lead artist responsible for creating game assets. My role was to ensure that all artwork met the client’s specifications while maintaining high-quality standards and consistency across the team. I also took on the responsibility of training and mentoring artists, managing workflows, and serving as the primary communication bridge between the client and our team. Through strong leadership and clear communication, we consistently delivered top-tier, error-free assets on time, exceeding client expectations.
