Over my 34-year career in game development, I’ve led some of the most complex outsourcing initiatives in the AAA space, guiding large, cross-cultural teams in India and China to deliver world-class assets on high-stakes productions.
My work with industry leaders like Dhruva and Virtuos, both pillars in the global outsourcing ecosystem, has taught me how to align diverse talent with demanding pipelines, tight milestones, and uncompromising quality bars.

During my time at Virtuos, I held various leadership positions and worked on a wide range of projects with prestigious clients. I supervised multiple environment projects, leading teams of up to 300 artists. The projects encompassed various platforms such as consoles, PCs, and mobile devices. I collaborated with clients including EA Respawn, Ubisoft, Konami, Square Enix Games, Activision, Microsoft, King, and many more.

As the Studio Art Director at Dhruva Interactive, I led a large team in creating 2D/3D art assets for mobile and console games. I managed projects for clients such as Microsoft, King, Ubisoft, Innogames, Pocket Gems, and Wooga. Additionally, I focused on R&D and car modelling for Forza while establishing an in-house school for 3D art.
