In any artistic field, sketching is at the core of design. It helps plan without too much commitment and especially in such a sacred art, it allows for  monumental planning on a not so monumental scale and it allows an artist to perfect his teqnique before ever picking up a brush.  

Michael is no stranger to sketching, he has been sketching since a very young age full of passion, however in recent years he has taken his sketching very seriously and has produces thousands of sketches. You can view some on this page in addition to a digital sketchbook from early 2026 that took over three months to complete!
