Social Media Impact
Social media has affected current society pretty drastically in ways that are both positive and negative. The positive aspects include that people have the ability to instantly connect with loved ones over great distances; it also helps to foster relationships that unify many communities. The negative results are notable as a vast number of people live in a state of anxiety about the possibility of being recorded and ridiculed online. The anonymity that's possible with online accounts has seemed to embolden people to say awful things and mistreat eachother.
