Expanding Discovery in Economics (EDE+) is a nine-week program hosted by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (in partnership with the Brookings Institution) designed to build data and analytical skills, foster collaboration, and open doors to advanced research pathways.

The 18th annual Undergraduate Research, Creativity, and Innovation Forum (RCIF) will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026 at the Shalala Ballrooms.
RCIF welcomes students from all disciplines to present their work to a wide audience comprised of their peers, faculty, staff, and the larger UM community. Organized by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Endeavors and UConnect, RCIF celebrates the contributions students have made during their research and creative experiences by providing a glimpse into the ongoing projects across all three campuses.
Students will showcase their projects to a broad audience through posters presentations, oral presentations, performances, displays, and more. We are happy to accommodate the presentation format that best fits your project’s needs.
What do we need from you now?
If you would like to showcase your project, declare your "Intent to Present" HERE by February 20.
