Lucas D’Alessandro

Lucas D’Alessandro is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in the financial sector in the US, Latin America, and Asia, specializing in corporate banking, private banking, sustainable lending, and banking strategy.

Since 2008, Lucas has held several roles at Banco Sabadell, Spain’s 4th largest bank. These include establishing the Tourism & Hospitality team in the Americas, spearheading Banco Sabadell, Miami Branch’s Marketing team, and leading the Representative Offices of the bank in America and Asia. 

Currently, he is Executive Vice President of Business Development and Sustainability and forms part of the Banco Sabadell, Miami Branch Management Committee. Previously, Lucas had a stint at PwC Consulting (Financial Services) advising top-tier US financial institutions on strategic and operational projects. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
