MHST621: Organizational Change
We created a website that will provide the student with all the information required to meet the learning objectives proposed in regards to organizational resistance to change.
1. Define resistance to change in healthcare organizations
2. Summarize what is organizational culture and its influence of resistance
3. Identify leadership styles that contribute to and those that mitigate resistance to change
4. Identify followership styles that lead to resistance to change
5. Implement change management methodologies to overcome resistance
I am a Nursing Educator in the community and a Clinical Instructor at a local college. I currently live in Newcastle, On.
I am a Registered Nurse living in Winnipeg, MB. I currently work on an inpatient palliative care unit as a bedside nurse. I also work as a clinical instructor with the University of Manitoba.
I am the coordinaton advisor in health promotion for the Central Regional Cancer Program in Ontario. My focus is cancer prevention and screening, health advocacy and literacy.
Iv'e been a Critical Care RN for over 11 years now. Currently I work in Kingston, Ontario. I am also a simulation instructor for the labs for the post graduate critical care certificate program.
I am a registered nurse living and working in Toronto, ON. My practice is based in the operating room, where I primarily support thoracic and transplant surgical services.
