Marine Option Program
If you're interested in leading Marines, Navy ROTC is an outstanding way to become a United States Marine Corps officer and earn your bachelor's degree in any field of study you choose. As you learn about each naval community your first summer, you will have the opportunity to experience submarine, aviation, surface warfare, and Marine life. The second summer, you will go to the Mountain Warfare Course in Bridgeport, California to learn how to climb, navigate, and survive the mountains. Your last summer, you will use all the knowledge you gained over the past three years at Officer Candidate School (OCS). OCS will test your physical, academic, and leadership abilities. Being a Marine is all about unselfishness, discipline, and gumption.
