MHIS Robotics Journey

Welcome to the MHIS Robotics Journey at Manaret Heliopolis International School.

At MHIS, robotics is a purposeful learning journey where curiosity, inquiry, and innovation come together. Our Robotics Journey is designed to empower students to explore real-world problems through design thinking, engineering, and computational thinking, while developing the skills and attitudes needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Rooted in the philosophy of the International Baccalaureate, the MHIS Robotics Journey supports the development of inquirers, thinkers, communicators, and reflective learners. Students engage in hands-on, inquiry-based experiences that encourage creativity, collaboration, ethical decision-making, and resilience through iterative problem-solving.

As students progress through the school, robotics learning evolves from exploration and discovery to structured design challenges, teamwork, and competitive experiences, allowing them to apply interdisciplinary knowledge in meaningful contexts. Throughout this journey, students reflect on their learning, take ownership of their growth, and develop transferable skills aligned with the IB Learner Profile and Approaches to Learning (ATL).
