Problem: Sales agents lacked confidence selling Medicare due to uncertainty about complex Medicare Topics.
Learning Solution: This interactive computer-based training was designed to resolve knowledge gaps or confusion that Medicare Sales Agents had regarding key Medicare concepts.
Impact: Using a pre/post assessment, we found over 90% of survey respondents showed learning gains. Also, 100% indicated they would use the resources and job aids provided in the course going forward to increase their confidence and competency with selling Medicare.
My Role: I led a team of five designers, two contractors, and a multimedia specialist through the analysis, design, development, translation, and implementation of this project.
