Colleen Sullivan is the Operations Manager in Garwood and Holmdel, New Jersey. She has been a part of the business since the grand opening of Garwood’s location in 2017 and has worked her way up to management. In 2022, Garwood received a Special Achievement Award from Corporate Headquarters for best sales performance under her leadership. She is currently in charge of payroll management and leading marketing strategy. We will interview Colleen to get a better understanding of how Escapology utilizes information systems to increase business productivity and achieve competitive advantage within the entertainment industry.
