Hello everybody! My name is Sam Rawdon. I am from Fairport, NY and currently live in Penfield, NY. I am a Grants Development Associate for Grants Office, LLC, a grants intelligence firm based in Rochester, NY.
I recently received my Master of Science (MS) in Management with a specific focus on Training and Human Capital Development. I originally graduated cum laude from SUNY Potsdam in 2008 with my BA in Sociology and a minor in Society & Human Services. I am also an inducted member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the international sociology honor society (inducted in 2008).
I have experience in the non-profit industry, doing volunteer work for organizations such as the American Red Cross, United Way, and Compeer Rochester. From 2011 to 2021, I taught ESL in Seoul, South Korea and gained an appreciation and understanding of the education world. I also gained invaluable experience working with people from various backgrounds and cultures throughout the world.
