A performance aid outlining OD culture development and design interventions (based on Design Thinking)
My views on the role of feedback and feedforward in professional and personal settings.
Understanding OD processes means understanding how an organization works. This performance aid outlines elements of organizational culture, types of culture, org structures, and processes OD practitioners can use to facilitate culture change within an organization.
Another element of changing the culture of organizations relies on design thinking. This performance aid also touches on models of design interventions that can be utilized by practitioners in the field.
We probably give and receive feedback on a daily basis. But what exact role does it play in our personal and professional lives? Also, feedback looks back on the past, but what about the future? Is there a difference between feedback and feedforward? Check out my Flipgrid video about my views on the role feedback (and feedforward) plays in our personal and professional lives.
Note: I reference an episode from Adam Grant's Taken for Granted podcast all about feedback and the power it plays. Check it out here.
