Thesis Projects

One of the aspects in teaching I enjoy most is the supervision of students with their thesis projects. It is really inspiring to see how different people think about various problems. I am in the fortunate situation that also some students seem to be interested in e.g., online computation, and that I therefore got the chance to supervise some.

As many problems in Online Computation seem to be rather isolated and does not require much prior knowledge, they are some of the topics in theoretical computer science that are arguably best suited if one wants to start doing research (for example as a study or thesis project).
Thus, I am very proud that several of the following thesis projects also contributed to articles, with the students as (co-)authors of their first scientific publications.
