The event was aimed at equipping students with the knowledge and tools to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges by integrating sustainability principles into core business strategies through the application of key frameworks and practical approaches to develop responsible and profitable business models. The project, and thus the summer school, is co-funded by the EU under the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships program.

The course was developed jointly by teams of partner universities of the international consortium TransLearnN. The event was organized by the Ignacy Łukasiewicz University of Technology in Rzeszów under the leadership of project supervisor Mirosław Siemieszek.
