The professional development program "Use of Information and Communication and Digital Technologies in the Educational Process" has been developed as part of the implementation of the ERASMUS+ project "INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF VIRTUAL YOUTH BUSINESS HUBS" VEHUB4YOU, co-financed by the European Union and implemented by project teams from the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the University of Foggia (Italy), RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (Latvian Republic), Mingachevir State University (Republic of Azerbaijan), Kyiv Youth Educational Training Center KETY (Ukraine), the International Public Organization "Institute of Socio-Economic Initiatives (ISEI)" (Ukraine) with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Project Synopsis. The grant project focuses on transferring business knowledge from the EU to young people (aged 13 to 30) through virtual exchange technologies. Consortium participants will jointly organize a network of international virtual business centers and business training for high school students, college students, and university students in Ukraine in both economic and non-economic specialties by creating an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF VIRTUAL YOUTH BUSINESS HUBS, which includes 60 virtual international business hubs in schools, colleges, and universities in Ukraine and Azerbaijan. European universities, through universities and youth organizations in Italy, Latvia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan, will share their business courses and teaching experiences with the youth of the Eastern Partnership countries. As a result, the project will involve 1800 representatives from 60 hubs and 250 facilitators from Eastern partner countries, as well as 220 participants from other regions.

The program's aim is to enhance educators' competencies regarding the use of information and communication and digital technologies in virtual exchanges and training.

Participants in the professional development program include: school teachers, lecturers from higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, who, as a result of participating in the Program, become facilitators and, along with teams (students or pupils), create virtual digital business hubs in their educational institutions.
