Hosted at the University of Westminster, London: This 4 day workshop aims to give students and researchers the skills required to effectively work with microbial fuel cells. Topics covered range from molecular biology for metagenomics and community analysis to setting up an actual working microbial fuel cell. This is a great opportunity to network with people working with and studying microbial electron transfer. During the lunch break on the first day, you will have the opportunity to present a poster on your work or work that interests you in an informal conference style environment. In addition, we will offer guidance on looking for funding opportunities and writing research proposals.
