Printing Tips

If your printer supports 2-sided printing, be sure to download the 2-sided version of the METIS Planner and all the supplemental pages you are interested in. Then from your favorite pdf reader please follow the specific instructions for your printer to print any of the pdf files as a 2-sided print job.

If your printer does not directly support 2-sided printing, you can either

For supplemental pages, select the 1-sided version and print everything single sided
For each version of the METIS Planner and any 2-sided version of the supplemental pages, using Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the desired pdf file and do the following:

From the file->print dialogue page, in the Pages to Print section, open “More Options” and select “Odd Pages Only” for the Odd or Even Pages option. Select print and allow all of the odd pages to print.
Remove the printed odd pages and place them in the paper tray – orientation varies by printer so use feel free to download this Landscape Mode 2-Sided Test Page or the Portrait Mode 2-Sided Test Page to insure you have the orientation correct before printing the full document.
With the odd-pages correctly loaded in the paper tray, from the file->print dialogue page, in the Pages to Print section, open “More Options” and select “Even Pages Only” for the Odd or Even Pages option. Also, select the Reverse pages option. Then select print and allow all of the even pages to print in reverse order.
You should now have a correctly printed planner
